First in the series repurposing silkscreen monoprints by tearing them, adhering them to paper, working the background into the foreground and adding printed elements including string, flowers and potato prints. This was created during the COVID-pocalypse and it had a rather sad, dark mood which I don't actually feel. This led to the decision to add line and printed elements that elevate the mood of the piece to something hopeful. And although it is not a print that can be editioned in the traditional way, it is nonetheless a monoprint, not a painting. It will be sold unframed and shipped in a mailing tube.
